Look for this sign:
From the south: Take 95 north to exit 7 (downtown Portsmouth), go right at the bottom of the exit. After a flashing yellow light, the Sheraton Hotel will split the road, stay to the left of the Sheraton. Approx. 100 yards ahead the road will split again, stay to the left, that is Market Street.
Go to the top of Market Street and you must turn right, this is Congress Street. We are 2 blocks down right next to the Gap.
If you are coming from the north: Take exit 7 off of 95, take a left at bottom of exit and follow the same directions from above.
