A La Carte - Our BBQ is moist and flavorful cuz we first rub our meats with a blend of spices. Then we slowly smoke 'em over hickory wood logs for up to twelve hours. All smokehouse dinners come with Aunt Claire's baked beans and our own zesty cole slaw & famous cornbread.
